| 岗位要求与职责 |
The hiring requirements would include the following as well as what the role would be.
1) Minimal 10 year working with an International company as a overall site construction manager that followed Western Safety Rules
2) Have the ability to gain the contractor respect in order to be listened to by the contractor.
3) Be familiar with OSHA requirements and the local Chinese safety requirements
4) Have at least ten (10) years experience in the construction industry, or thereabouts.
5) Be able to be stern with contractors to enforce safety rules and be able to push the contractor on scheduling
6) Travel to various sites in China
7) Have the background of contractor management to be able to fill the role of an overall site construction manager
8) Have good English and Chinese speaking skills
9) Be able to use a computer to perform e-mails and training and audits.
10) Be able to meet with customer and contractor management to discuss safety schedule and quality related issues.
11) Be able to schedule and perform 2-3 week look ahead scheduling and identify material, equipment and resource needs to satisfy the schedule
12) Be able to control the entire construction project without any other assistance for smaller projects. (i.e. know something about civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines)
